    The pre-booking form is used to collect information that enables the Town Council to process a room hire booking on your behalf. The information that you submit via the pre-booking form will not be retained on any database and will only be used by the Town Council to process your booking.
  • Public Consultation Form
    From time to time, the Town Council conducts public consultations on any new projects it undertakes. As and when these consultations arise, residents are encouraged to submit their views via the consultation form. When completing the consultation form, the Name and Email Address fields are optional, to allow respondents to remain anonymous if they wish. The information that you submit via the consultation form will not be retained on any database and will not be used in the future for any purposes other than those of the consultation itself.
  • Coronavirus Experiences Form
    This form is provided for you to submit your experiences and memories from the pandemic. The information you provide will be collected and posted publicly on this website, subject to approval. Anonymous submissions are permitted.
