Room Hire Bookings

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Bookings are now currently closed to all new bookings. No further bookings are being taken at this time due to staff shortages however we will reopen in mid-September whilst we start and train a new Bookings Officer. Bookings will hopefully reopen on Tuesday 22nd September 2026.

Please do not phone or email the office during this period unless it is an urgent matter linked to an existing booking taking place within the next 7 – 14 days.

No new bookings will be taken at this time and please be aware a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice is always required for all new one-off and party bookings after we reopen.

Existing bookings and block bookings will continue but there may be a delay in responding.

Thank you for your understanding and patience and normal bookings will be reinstated at the earliest opportunity.
