Councillors Take Further Action to Protect Bradley Stoke Way

Promptly after the unauthorised encampment was vacated for the second time, Bradley Stoke Town Council took action to clear up and further protect the site from any future incursions. The clear up involved the removal of biological and physical waste, and further efforts to secure the site have involved the installation of three one tonne boulders. Read more...

Community Carnival a Mark of Success for Local Volunteers

Over the August Bank Holiday Weekend the Jubilee Centre played host to the Bradley Stoke Carnival, an event still in its infancy; currently only in its second year. The event marks a resounding success for the promotion of local community volunteers where an independent Carnival Committee were able to obtain grant funding from Bradley Stoke Town Council, South Gloucestershire Council and some funding from private organisations to support their event.
