Subject matters are brought before Council by means of the Agenda, which is issued a minimum of three clear days before a meeting and is posted on the various public notice boards around the town and on this website.

The next Bradley Stoke Safer and Stronger Community Group meeting will be held on Tuesday 21st July at Bradley Stoke Community School. The meeting will start at 7pm.

The Planning and Environment Committee makes recommendations on all planning applications within Bradley Stoke to the Planning Authority (South Gloucestershire Council) and considers all associated planning, footpath and licensing issues.

Surgeries are held every month for community residents to speak with their councillors. Surgeries are held at the entrance to the Willow Brook Centre Mall from 10am - 12 noon.

Where: Bradley Stoke Jubilee Centre
The Finance and Leisure Committee meets approx. 6 times a year and makes decisions and recommendations to Council on all financial and policy matters under the discretion of the Town Council and all public halls, sports and pavilion facilities, children's play areas, youth facilities in the Town. This committee also is responsible for Personnel matters and will be responsible for Best Value.

Someone from the British Trust for Conservation Volunteers (BTCV) will be leading a walk around the reserve to search for bats, (and some electronic bat detectors will probably be available to use). It will be dark by the end of the walk and it can get cold once the sun has set even at this time of year so please bring a torch and wear suitable clothes.

Improving irrigation in the marsh by digging further channels and a drainage sump. Getting muddy is guaranteed. Meet at the reserve entrance off Brook Way (near the Braydon Avenue roundabout) at 10am.
