Planning & Environment Committee Meeting

The Planning and Environment Committee meets once a month and makes recommendations on all planning applications within Bradley Stoke to the Planning Authority (South Gloucestershire Council) and considers all associated planning, footpath and licensing issues.
Councillor Surgery
When: Saturday 1st June 2013 - 10am - 12 noon
Where: Willow Brook Centre
Surgeries are held every month for community residents to speak with their councillors. Surgeries are held at the entrance to the Willow Brook Centre Mall from 10am - 12 noon.
Workday: Stream clearing
When: Saturday 1st June 2013 - 10am - 4pm
Where: Meet at the Tool Store
Pulling rubbish out of the streams.
Bradley Stoke Community Festival 2013
When: Friday 7th June 2013 -> Sunday 9th June 2013
Where: All Sites
The annual community festival takes place during June. The Bradley Stoke Community Festival 2013 will have something for everyone. It will promote local talents, clubs, bands and dance groups at the three main activity centres.
Community Festival Picnic in the Park

The Community Festival 'Picnic in the Park' will take place at Jubilee Green on Friday 7th June from 9:30am to 1pm.
Now I'm Retiring

Find out what you can do in South Gloucestershire when you retire. A marketplace of clubs, volunteering opportunities and hobbies to inspire you - will be on offer at Yate Library on Saturday 15th June.
Leisure, Amenities & Youth Committee Meeting
When: Monday 17th June 2013 - 7:30pm
Where: Jubilee Centre
The Leisure, Amenities & Youth Committee meets approx. 6 times a year and is responsible for, and promotes the Town Council policy on sports, leisure and recreational activities within or affecting the Town.
Volunteering Drop-in Session

Finance Committee Meeting

Where: Jubilee Centre
The Finance Committee meets approx. 6 times a year and makes decisions and recommendations to Council on all financial and policy matters under the discretion of the Town Council.
