Have your say on council income and spending. Everyone in South Gloucestershire uses council services, so we should all have a say in how those services are funded and delivered.
The council is keen, through this consultation, for residents and other stakeholders to get a clear understanding of the extent of the financial challenges it faces and the measures that may be needed to balance the books.
We want to be open and honest with you. The financial pressures mean we will have to do some unpopular things, like increasing taxes and other charges, and we will have less freedom to prioritise spending as we all might want to. However, we are committed to being a listening and empowering council and where there are genuine opportunities for you to influence decision-making we want you to tell us what you think.
