Temporary Road Closures: Various Roads - Bradley Stoke Way Area, Bradley Stoke
South Gloucestershire Council - 4th December 2025
Notice is hereby given that South Gloucestershire District Council in pursuance of the provisions of section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended intends to make an order the effect of which will be to close, temporarily, to vehicles lengths of road specified in column 1 of Schedule 1 to this notice. This order is required for the following reason: in connection with CRSTS Active Travel works.
The order will be operative from 9 January 2026 for a maximum period of eighteen months. The closures however may not be implemented for the whole of the period but only when traffic signs are in position and only for so long as is necessitated by the works. It is anticipated that the works at each location will be carried out between 8pm and 6am on the dates specified in column 2 of the said Schedule. See Schedule 2 for alternative routes.

1. Fidlers Wood Lane, Bradley Stoke – that length which extends from its junction with Savages Wood Roundabout in an easterly direction for a distance of 100 metres
