Dinner with a Difference

Celebrities, Heart FM & Ben Walker support Childline by hosting a Dinner with a Difference. Tickets are now on sale for an event with a twist, being held on Saturday 20th October at the Aztec Hotel, Almondsbury.
In partnership with Heart FM, Ben Walker has organised a cabaret style evening with a 3 course meal, auction and disco supplied by Jay Dormer from Heart FM. The twist is that the waiters for the evening are celebrities and well known locals. The event will also be supported by the Heart Angels who will be running a Hollywood style photo wall to all that attend with photos going live on the Heart FM web site.
Acts for the evening’s cabaret all come from the local areas and it will consist of dance, song, comedy and live music. Unlike your normal dinner dances, this ones bursting at the seams with entertainment and the dress code is simply red, white and blue.
Cabaret Director, Kathryn Mills said:
"This has been an extremely exciting show to be involved with and we are all so grateful to the local acts who have committed to performing. I’m sure anyone who comes along will be in for a real treat".
All funds are being raised in aid of Heart FM’s, Have a Heart Appeal for Childline. At present
1 of 4 calls being made to Childline are going unanswered, so every penny raised will go towards helping this issue be dealt with.
May this year, £1400.00 was raised by Ben, Bradley Stoke Town Football Club and an array of former local football stars for the charity, along with Paris and Ed from Heart Breakfast Team.
