Free Mindful Tai Chi for Beginners
When: Monday 20th July 2026 - 1:30pm–3pm
Where: Brook Way Activity Centre, Brook Way, Bradley Stoke, BS32 9DA
Explore the gentle art of Tai Chi to relax the body and mind – suitable for most physical abilities. The Tai Chi session will finish with some simple mindfulness practices, and a little gentle gardening in the new accessible flower beds.
Classes delivered in the new community garden, except when it is raining we will be using the facilities at Brook Way Activity Centre.
