Mums Pamper Morning

For this session you need to prebook as there’s a limited capacity. This includes the breakfast and the sound bath session.

Timings:
- Breakfast and social 8:30am – 10am
- Sound Bath 10am – 11am
- Rest and goodbyes 11am – 11:30am
We will be serving freshly baked pastries from Almondsbury Kitchen as well as berries and yogurt (Vegan options available).
The aim is to give mums a rest from work and parenting, as well as an opportunity to connect with others.
We will have them on every 3 weeks during term time from November to March. It’s completely free, funded by the council.
