Room Hire Bookings

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Bookings are currently closed, and no further new one-off bookings can be taken at this time due to unexpected staff shortages and other year-end workloads. We hope to reopen Bookings towards the end of May 2026, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please do not phone or email the office during this period unless it is an urgent matter linked to an existing booking taking place within the next 7 days.

No new one-off bookings will be taken at this time and please be aware a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice will still be required for all new one-off and party bookings once the bookings reopen.

Thank you for your understanding and patience and please be assured that normal bookings will be reinstated at the earliest opportunity.
