Join us to learn how we can support you to adjust to the changes dementia brings. Hear from current members, try some activities, and enjoy afternoon tea.
Our service is for those with mild to moderate dementia and their carers.
Where: Bradley Stoke Evangelical Church, Baileys Court Road, BS32 8BH
When: Wednesday 12th July, 1-3pm and Thursday 13th July 1-3pm
