Free Course: Meal Planning for Health and Wealth

Are you struggling to work out your bills and need help with finding ways to cook well on a tight budget?

This 6 week course will show you how to make your money go further – giving you practical advice and tips on working out how to cut costs at mealtimes, but still provide healthy AND tasty food for you and your family!

Good numeracy skills will:

  • Improve ability to understand and use maths in daily life, home, and work
  • Improve household finances
  • Help children with homework
  • Make more sense of stats and facts in the media
  • Improving numeracy skills at work
  • Unlock job opportunities
  • Lead to higher wages

If you’re aged 19 and over and don’t have maths GCSE at Grade 4/C (or equivalent), you can access free numeracy courses to build your confidence with numbers and gain a nationally recognised qualification with us
