Highways England - 27th February 2020

Highways England plans, builds, operates and maintains England’s motorways and major A roads. I am writing to let you know we will shortly be carrying out roadworks near to you.

The works

The M4 J19 to J20 road surface westbound, has deteriorated with age and needs to be replaced. Works will be carried out in a series of 5 phases. To minimise disruption, we’ll work overnight when there are fewer vehicles on the road. During the day we will keep the carriageway open as usual.
