SURVEY: We would like to hear people's experiences of using GP services
Healthwatch South Gloucestershire - 21st December 2017
Healthwatch South Gloucestershire provides an independent voice for people around health and social care. We gather feedback from residents about their experiences of using local services and share that with the organisations that provide and fund them, in order to highlight what is working well and what could be better.

At the moment we are discussing GP services and are keen to gather feedback from residents across South Gloucestershire through a short online survey W: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/J8PY2NK. The survey is open until Friday 2 February 2018.
Through the survey we hope to understand:
- how people access their GP service
- the different ways that people can get an appointment
- what support is available for people to access their GP service
- what people’s priorities are when using GP services, for example, would people rather see a named GP or be seen on the same day.
We are also interested to understand how people living in more rural parts of South Gloucestershire use local health services. For example, do they choose to use services in neighbouring counties, e.g. Gloucestershire or Wiltshire, and if so, why?
