DSG: YDC - 24th February 2014

Interested in dance? See how the Dance South Gloucestershire: Youth Dance Company works and how to get involved.

Exciting News! The Dance South Gloucestershire: Youth Dance Company (DSG: YDC) is opening its doors to new interested dancers for 2014. Since auditioning in October in 2013, company members have had a successful few months, developing new performance pieces, performing at the Festival of Youth Dance in South Glos, and Stages, Bristol. We are also really excited to represent South Gloucestershire at the U.Dance South West 2014 Regional Youth Dance Platform in March 2014. We are off to a fantastic start with some really great dancing. But enough about how much fun we’re having – how can you get involved?

We would like to invite dancers into the studio to join us for a contemporary dance class in February and March 2014. Please find dates below and a poster attached. We are looking for male and female participants between 13 – 18 years of age, who love to dance, and wish to train alongside the Youth Dance Company. You might wish to build up your experience of contemporary dance, learn some of the performance repertoire and sign up for future classes from Wednesday 30th April 2014. It will be a general level class but beginners are welcome too.
