Fireworks Display 2012
When: Sunday 4th November 2012
Where: Bradley Stoke Jubilee Centre
Bradley Stoke Town Council invites all residents and neighbours to a public fireworks display on Sunday 4th November.
Gates open at 4:30pm | Hot food served from 4:45pm | Firework display starts at 6:00pm
No alcohol allowed on the site and no sparklers at all. Please only buy goods from the traders approved to be on the site.
Instead of an entry fee there will be an entry point collection in aid of the Mayor's charities:
- The Alzheimer's Society - Bradley Stoke Sports and Social Club
- Have a Heart ChildLine Appeal
Please give generously.
REMEMBER THE FIREWORKS CODE
- Only buy fireworks marked bs7114 and don't drink alcohol if setting off fireworks.
- Keep fireworks in a closed box and follow the instructions on each firework.
- Light them at arm's length, using taper and stand well back.
- Never go near a firework that has been lit, if it hasn't gone off, it could explode.
- Never put fireworks in your pocket or throw them.
- Always supervise children around fireworks.
- Light sparklers one at a time and wear gloves and never at a firework display.
- Never give sparklers to a child under five.
- Keep pets indoors.
Please park in Willow Brook car park and walk to fireworks.
