Laughter Yoga is a unique technique devised by Dr Madan Kataria, a doctor from India, whereby you can learn to “Laugh for no Reason”
27th January 2010 (Every Wednesday For 4 Weeks), Patchway Community Centre, 6- 7pm

• After a few gentle stretches, its more laughter than yoga
• No one ever put on the spot or required to perform
• Useful handouts to take away
You don’t even need a sense of humour, no funny jokes or comedy programmes - just a willingness to laugh – and in the current climate everyone needs to laugh more
Laughter Yoga has wonderful therapeutic and preventative health benefits. Scientists and medical doctors alike are amazed at what happens when we laugh.
What Happens During a Laughter Yoga Session?
A laughter session is a combination of laughter exercises, yogic breathing and playfulness, usually ending with the amazing experience of Laughter Meditation. This is where you would relax and just allow your laughter to flow. It can be extremely liberating and is followed by a relaxation to calm you down and ground you.
